Option money is the money required to legally bind the Rent To Own contract. In other words, this is

appreciation of the house during the lease will belong to you, it means is not your responsibility to pay
property taxes on this home for the life of the lease, it means you may even get monthly credit from

to protect themselves in this arrangement with the required option money as this will be wrong for me
