Rent to own homes are only available for the cities of Tracy, Mountain House, Lathrop, Manteca, Antioch, Oakley, Concord, Brentwood and Pittsburg (top rated school districts)
Sometimes we would get properties elsewhere like
Stockton, Modesto, Salida and Ripon but is not guaranteed nor we know when will this happen.

If you are interested in houses in any other location other than the ones mentioned above then chances are we can not help you as we do not focus in other areas. Sorry.

Monthly rent ranges from $1,400 to $2,100
Sorry but at this time we are not accepting section 8

In addition to our Rent To Own homes, in occasion we would get a straight rental home as well available for rent only.
Here are the requirements for both Rent To Own and Straight Rental properties.

Rent To Own Home Requirements

There is a minimum down amount required for all Rent To Own homes due "before" moving in. This amount varies within the $6,000 and $15,000 but as an incentive, we give you the option to earn this money back at the end of the lease.
Bad credit is negotiable.

Straight Rental Only Home Requirements

There is also a minimum amount (varies) required for all straight rentals homes due before moving in (plus 1st months and deposit). This fee is considerably SMALLER than the rent to own fee.

Credit needs to be in decent to good shape.
