request to be put on our database.
NOTE: This is mainly for Rent To Own
Homes, so the Down Payment amount you indicated on this form determines your
position on our waiting list. The higher the down payment, the higher your name
will be placed on our list and you'll have a higher chance in being one of the
first to be notified when we get a Rent To Own home.. These homes do NOT last
very long on the market, so keep that in mind when filling out the down payment
field below. And YES, This amount needs to be paid when signing the agreements
before move in.
